With an increasing number of Credit Unions on a Regulatory watchlist and others facing lending restrictions, WDA believe that directors must satisfy themselves that their Credit Union is a going concern and they are in a position to service their members and ensure all members savings are fully secure.

WDA provide a warts and all independent review of your Credit Union to determine whether there is a possibility that the future viability of the Credit Union is in jeopardy.  We present our report to the board together with recommendations.  We have completed this exercise in the past for a number of Credit Unions and our findings are highly confidential and only for use by the Credit Union.

We produce a comprehensive tender document for the Boards consideration, which sets-out a full schedule of tasks that must be completed within the engagement. This will ensure there is absolutely no ambiguity to the scope of the engagement.

All professional fees are agreed between WDA and the Credit Union prior to the commencement of the engagement at a mutually agreeable level, so there is no hidden surprises or overruns.
